Slow Cooked Wood-Fired Shoulder of Lamb – cooked over oak and cherry wood, finished over the flames & drizzled with homemade chimichurri
Vg option: Flame Roasted Cauliflower Steak with chimichurri
Sides: Herby sautéed potatoes, ember roasted beetroot, fire-glazed carrots & smoky corn on the cob with burnt sage butter
The Sweet Treat:
Apple & Blackberry Crumble – baked in cast iron skillets over the flames, with golden crunchy topping & bubbling fruit
